RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your NomE NosRac Fashion Boutique purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, you can do so within 14 days after your order has been delivered. You have the option to either return your item(s) for a refund to be credited or a store credit, once we’ve received your returned package. All items must be regular priced, unworn/unused  and have original tags attached. Login to your account and select the item(s) to be returned to start the return process.
PLEASE NOTE:
All sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
A $7 fee will be deducted from the refund you receive for your return to cover the cost of shipping back to our boutique.

Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached. When appropriate, we recommend you try on clothing with an undergarment.

Once your items are inspected by the store, you’ll get your refund typically within 10-14 business days.

Unfortunately, Final Sale items cannot be returned. All Sale items are Final Sale. These items are marked as such online during your purchase to alleviate confusion.

If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a refund or store credit on any regular priced items in your order within 5 days of purchase. Login to your account and select the item you wish to return to start the return process.

Yes, gifts can be returned for a store credit. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original hang tags attached. The original order number is required to complete the return via our automated system. If you have any trouble using our automated system contact customer service for assistance.
